A different model for success in today’s dispute resolution world

Everything at DE BENITO + LUPICINIO is designed to ensure that the rights and interests of its clients are successfully defended in each new arbitration case.
Lawyering is the art of communication. In today’s multipolar world, effective communication requires a genuine passion for legal and cultural diversity. Despite some convergence in standard contract forms and clauses, legal systems carry with them entire value systems, sometimes rooted in unique social and moral foundations that can dramatically affect the outcome of cases. Only experienced and open-minded lawyers can integrate all the cultural realities necessary to build the world-class advocacy that companies need to succeed in arbitration today.
From its headquarters in Madrid, DE BENITO + LUPICINIO is composed of lawyers licensed and trained in several jurisdictions, from the UK and Switzerland to Iran and Russia, and relies on a dense and stable network of talented local associates in seats such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Brazil or Mexico. All are trained to work as a cohesive unit under the coordination of the project manager assigned to the case. DE BENITO + LUPICINIO’s working model encourages initiative, creativity and lively collaboration.
This flexibility not only allows DE BENITO + LUPICINIO to build the best team for each case, but also offers a cost efficiency that is simply not possible in larger, more cumbersome structures.
A tight-knit core team committed to helping clients win.
